Persona Lab is an Australian AI studio working across two spaces: entertainment and personal development.

On the entertainment side, we create fictional characters powered by artificial intelligence — each with a distinct voice, personality, and world of their own. Characters built to feel real, not like talking to a chatbot.

On the personal development side, we build AI tools designed for self-understanding and growth. Our flagship product is Kairos — a witnessing intelligence that sees who you actually are, learns your patterns over time, and helps you move from knowing to becoming.
