By downloading, installing, or using any Persona Lab application, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our applications.
This Agreement is between you and Persona Lab, a sole trader business operating in Australia ("we", "our", or "us").
Persona Lab develops and operates AI-powered character applications. Our applications allow users to interact with AI-generated fictional characters for entertainment purposes.
All characters, conversations, and content within our applications are entirely fictional. Our applications are entertainment products and do not provide professional advice of any kind.
Our applications are available to the general public. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use our applications.
Certain applications within the Persona Lab ecosystem may carry age restrictions of 18 years or older. Age restrictions applicable to specific applications will be clearly communicated within those applications and their store listings. By using an age-restricted application, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
Our applications may offer a free tier with limited functionality. Free tier features are provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing is displayed within the application and on the relevant app store listing prior to purchase.
All subscription payments are processed through the app store platform through which you downloaded the application (Google Play or Apple App Store). Billing terms, refund rights, and cancellation procedures are governed by the relevant platform's terms of service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
You agree to use our applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:
All content generated by our applications is produced by artificial intelligence. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
Our applications are designed for entertainment purposes only. Nothing generated by our applications constitutes professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, psychological, or nutritional advice. Always seek qualified professional advice for matters that affect your health, legal rights, or financial situation.
AI-generated characters are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is coincidental.
All intellectual property in our applications, including but not limited to character designs, names, backstories, visual assets, and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to Persona Lab.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content within our applications without our prior written consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our applications, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Persona Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our applications.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our applications shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our applications come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our applications at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our applications.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our applications at any time if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use our applications ceases immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the application.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and notify you through the application. Continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
